More than four decades of practice

Law Office Radić was established in 1982 and has practised from central Belgrade ever since.

The attorney's oath of 1862

The legal profession in Serbia rests on an oath laid down in 1862 — a duty to defend the law equally for the poor and the rich, without fear or self-interest. We carry that duty still.

ЗАКЛЕТВА ЗА ПРАВОЗАСТУПНИКЕ

Ја Н. Н. ступајући у званије јавног правозаступника, заклињем се свемогућим Богом, пред светим крстом и на Јеванђељу, да ћу поверено ми званије правозаступника обављати верно и савесно и сходно постојећим уредбама и законима, нарочито онима који се тичу правозаступништва; да ћу судовима и надлежатељствима поштовање одавати; да ћу сиромасима као и богатима при тражењу или брањењу њихова права једнаком ревношћу и савесно помагати, и уопште при испуњавању мојих званичних дужности да се нећу дати поколебати ни достоинством каквог лица, ни страхом, ни користољубијем, нити икаквом страшћу, него да ћу свагда и у сваком случају поступати као што закони земаљски прописују.

Тако ми Господ Бог помогао и тако да могу о томе дати одговор на његовом страшном суду.
